Q: What is the shelf life of your cakes and desserts?

All of our cakes and desserts are best eaten on the day of purchase so that you can enjoy them at their best. We do not add any preservatives so it’s best to finish it as soon as you can. If not, leftovers can be kept for up to 2-3 days (including the day of collection), in an airtight container. Do note that cakes dry out the longer that they are kept for.

Q: How long can I keep a fresh cream cake out of the fridge? How do I store them?

Fresh cream cakes are best eaten chilled. They can be left out of the fridge for a maximum of 1 hour depending on the weather. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 days (including the day of collection).

Q: How long can I keep a buttercream cake out of the fridge? How do I store them?

Buttercream cakes are best served at room temperature. Hence, we recommend you to take it out of the fridge for at least 1-1.5 hours before consumption. This is so that the buttercream and cake can soften before you cut into it.

It can be kept out in aircon room temperature for up to 4 hours.

Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 days (including the day of collection), but remember to take it out of the fridge for it to thaw before consumption. Do note that cakes dry out the longer that they are kept for.

Q: If I have a celebration the next day but I would like to collect my cake the day before, what should I do?

Inform us beforehand that you are only going to consume the cake the next day, especially if your cake has fondant decorations on it. Our staff will cling wrap the box for you so as to retain the cake’s freshness the best we can, and to prevent the fondant decorations from becoming sticky/melt slightly due to the condensation.

Do note that the outlook of the cake will be affected if it has been kept in the fridge overnight, so we always encourage you to consume it as soon as possible/on the day of purchase.

Q: Do you provide ice packs?

Ice packs can be purchased at $1 per ice pack. You can purchase them upon collection.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Q: Are you halal certified?

No, we are not halal-certified.

Q: Can my cake be less sweet?

We are not able to reduce the sugar amount in our recipes on demand (like bubble tea). Adjusting the sugar amount in a cake recipe would require rounds of R&D as the amount of sugar in a cake affects not just the sweetness of the cake, but the texture as well.
