We dressed our Brownie Tower for Christmas! This is going to be the centrepiece of your dining table. The brownies are already cut up into individual cubes and it can sit out of the fridge in room temperature.

 

Small Tower - 18 pieces of 1.5" square brownies
Large Tower - 36 pieces of 1.5" square brownies

Wires, satay sticks and toothpicks may be used to secure some fondant decoration and to hold the brownie pieces together.

Please remove them and check your brownie pieces before serving or consuming the cake to make sure that there aren’t any wires, satay sticks or toothpicks that may have been pushed into the brownies during the cutting process.

Best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase for the best quality.

If the brownie tower has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the brownie contains butter, it will be hard if it is cold/not at room temperature.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as there are no added preservatives in our products.

Brownie Towers with fondant decoration should not be kept refrigerated overnight.
