This cake combines the earthiness of the french earl grey, the brightness of lemon and the subtle fragrant notes of lavender.

This cake is best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase.

If the cake has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1-1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the cake and buttercream contains butter, it will be hard if it is still cold.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as we do not add preservatives to our products.
