A delicious fusion of flavours - Our creation consists of sponge cake infused with premium french earl grey tea leaves, a citrusy lemon cream cheese frosting and buttery lavender crumble. This cake combines the earthiness of the french earl grey, the brightness of lemon and the subtle fragrant notes of lavender.

Best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase for the best quality.

If the cake has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1-1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the cake and buttercream contains butter, it will be hard if it is cold/not at room temperature.
