If the cake has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1-1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the cake and buttercream contains butter, it will be hard if it is cold/not at room temperature.
Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as there are no added preservatives in our products.
