A unique combination - Layers of vanilla genoise, fresh yuzu curd, bittersweet hojicha mousse and a rich hojicha ganache. We use premium Uji hojicha powder that gives this cake an earthy depth, and it is complemented with the lively citrus notes of yuzu. This unique and refreshing cake is for those we appreciate the interplay of bold and bright flavours.
