A local favourite recreated into a cake. A moist pandan genoise paired with a filling made of grated coconut and luscious pure gula melaka. The gula melaka filling is rich and caramel like, while the grated coconut adds a chewy and slightly nutty texture. The cake is covered with a light, airy gula melaka chantilly cream for the perfect balance of textures.
