We created this in 2015 to celebrate SG50 and it has been our best-seller since then - Inspired by the Teochew dessert, Orh Nee, this is a great option for those with a penchant for both classic and contemporary flavours. This cake features layers of vanilla genoise sponge, accompanied by luscious housemade yam paste filling in between a silky and creamy coconut chantilly cream that brings the flavours together in a harmonious blend.
