A comforting and familiar taste - This cake combines the classic flavours of vanilla with the rich sweetness of caramel and a touch of seasalt for contrast. Our moist tender vanilla butter cake is topped off with an assortment of toasted hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds, drizzled with housemade salted caramel and a sprinkling of sea salt crystals, which adds a touch of savory contrast to the cake.

Best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase for the best quality.

If the cake has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1-1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the cake and buttercream contains butter, it will be hard if it is cold/not at room temperature.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as there are no added preservatives in our products.
